GUA SHA
Application Forehead Relaxation : Stroke from the middle of the forehead to the ear for 2-3 minutes.
For puffy eyes, use the small side to stroke over the eyelids towards the ear & under the eyes up to the ear for 2-3 minutes.
Defined cheekbones Brush the large side from the upper and lower lip to the ear. Then from the tip of the chin along the bone to the ear.
Firm up your jaw and neck. Stroke for 2-3 minutes from the lower jaw over the cheeks to the upper jaw. Do the same from the underside of the jaw along the neck to the collarbone.
FACE ROLLER
A smaller stone is suitable for the skin around the upper lip and around the eyes. Use a larger stone for the cheeks and forehead areas.
